With 75 years of combined experience in the benefits industry, the leadership
team have developed a strong entrepreneurial foundation of technical knowledge,
core values, strong beliefs, and integrated strategic thinking. They have
worked with hundreds of leading employers in Canada and have been featured
as benefits experts in many magazines and newspapers.
Committed to life-long learning, continuous improvement, and on-going
innovation, the BHH team demonstrates a forward-thinking perspective unparalleled
in the North American benefits industry. To help clients deal more effectively
with their benefits issues, they have created many proprietary models
and processes such as The Lean Benefits Model™, based on
the principles of lean manufacturing, and The Integrated Benefit Strategy®
Process, which helps employers control rising benefits costs while
also empowering their employees. The team also stays on top of trends
and legislative developments and in turn keeps clients informed.
