Our company was founded in 1981 by Herbert Ball, Murray Harrison, and Ron Hansell. The partners started the company to offer employers comprehensive and integrated employee benefits services, a leading edge idea in those days.

Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of employers, in many different industries, to help them use their benefits program as a strategic tool to enhance employee morale, attract and retain great people, and to grow their business.
